In view of the submissions made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lacs) from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

ii.

Balance amount be invested in FDR in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

iii.

CA for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
