The validation proceeding is pending. As the validation proceeding is pending, the result of the petitioner of 4th year B. Tech. Computer Engineering is not declared.

It is submitted that the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was interviewed, however, according to the learned A.G.P., thrice the notices were issued to the petitioner, but the petitioner remained absent. 3.

We need not enter into said controversy. The petitioner shall remain present before the Scrutiny Committee on 21st January 2021. 4.

As it is submitted that even say is filed to the vigilance report, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. 5.

The respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of 4th year B.Tech. Computer Engineering only on the ground that validity

W.P.631-2021 certificate is not produced. The degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 6.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
