Shri Patnoorkar, learned advocate submits that the contesting respondent No. 1 - Vasantrao had passed away on 22/07/2002. He submits that this petition is, therefore, abated as the petitioner has not taken steps for bringing the LRs of deceased Vasantrao on record.

Shri Shinde, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would take steps within four weeks for bringing such LRs on record.

Considering the above, this petition shall stand over to

31/08/2017. The petitioner shall bring the LRs of deceased Vasantrao on record on/or before next date, failing which this petition shall stand abated without reference to the Court. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
