The learned counsel submits that the grievance with regard to transfer is agitated under representation dated 3rd August, 2020, but the same is not considered.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that in case the representation of the petitioner (page 20) is pending with respondent No.4, then respondent No.4 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within three months.
