The petitioner assails the validity certificate granted in favour of the Respondent.

It appears that the Committee has issued letter to the petitioner to approach this Court.

If the petitioner makes out a case of fraud, misrepresentation or forgery, the Committee has got powers to consider the same. 5.

In light of the above, the impugned letter dated 10.8.2015 issued by the Committee is set aside. The petitioner may approach the Committee by filing objection/complaint enumerating the grounds therein. If the Committee is satisfied about the existence

of the grounds such as fraud, misrepresentation, forgery then it may take up the proceedings and before doing that, shall hear the parties i.e. the petitioner and the Respondent in whose favour the validity is granted.

The petitioner has deposited Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand). We have not entertained the grievance of the petitioner. In fact, we would have forfeited the entire amount as the petitioner is not concerned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of petitioner says that petitioner would deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to the High Court Bar Association. The same be deposited and remaining amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) is allowed to be withdrawn by petitioner. 7.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
