The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner is undergoing Ph.D. course from reserved category. The University is demanding the validity certificate. 2.

In light of that, we pass the following order :- (i) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2 - Committee on 25th March, 2021.

(ii) The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
