Learned A.P.P. submits that in this case now the charge sheet is filed. Considering the fact that now the charge sheet is filed, it would be appropriate to file an application for bail before the trial court as the earlier bail application was rejected on the ground that the investigation is in progress.

Considering the change in circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file an application for bail before the trial court.
