The Petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the State Information Commissioner directing the Petitioner to furnish information and the documents i.e. certificates of educational

wp4885.12 qualification of the teaching and non teaching staff and their caste certificates and validation certificates. Although the original application was presented seeking information relating to ten items, the Respondents restricted his claim only in respect of the information specified as above. 2.

It is not a matter of dispute that Petitioner's institution is receiving grant-in-aid from the State Government and is bound to furnish information as requested by Respondent. The order passed by the State Information Commissioner appears to be reasonable and proper and do not call for any interference. The Petition is devoid of substance.
