During the course of arguments, it is revealed that the informant is financially suffering, as her husband is behind bars, who was maintaining her and the victim girl. Both are victims of the crime. In so far as the financial condition of the informant is concerned and the fact that she is suffering from the illness of tuberculosis, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jalgaon is requested to provide financial assistance under various schemes to the informant

ba36.24 -2and the victim girl, as early as possible, if it is not already provided. 4.

The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jalgaon is also directed to get the monetary relief from the concerned Tahsildar, Chalisgaon, district Jalgaon under various welfare schemes, available for the children below the age of 18 years like Eklavya Yojna and Shravan Bal Yojna etc. for the informant, who is practically disabled so that the victim in this case will get financial support. 5.

Registry to forward the copies of this order to the Tahsildar, Chalisgaon, district Jalgaon so also to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jalgaon, as early as possible. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) rlj/
