When the present matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to my notice that in some of the connected matters withdrawal is permitted to the extent of 70%. A copy of order passed by this Court in CA NO.450/2019 in FA No.1109/2014 is tendered across the Bar.

In view of the submissions made, following order is passed,

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount, on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar of this court.

(2) ii) Balance 30% amount be invested in FDR of any nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal;

iii) Civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
