The petitioners shall appear before the scrutiny committee Nandurbar on 08.02.2021 and file their say to the vigilance report.

The committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners within one (01) month. 3.

The petitioners shall not seek adjournment before the scrutiny committee. In case, the

2 wp 621.2021 petitioners seek adjournment, the scrutiny committee is at liberty to proceed further.

We are passing this order because it is the petitioners who are seeking adjournment before the scrutiny committee.

Respondents no. 2 and 3 may not withhold the mark-sheets of the petitioners only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending, however, degree certificates and other documents shall not be issued to the petitioners unless the petitioners submit the validity certificates. 6.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
