We have heard Mrs. Ladda, the learned counsel for the appellant. In fact, the Department has filed this appeal invoking section 35(G) of the Central Excise Act, 1944.

Mr. Ladda, the learned counsel submits that amount involved in the present appeal is Rs.2.33 lakhs. It is brought to the notice of this Court that all the appeals involving amount below Rs. 20 lakhs have been directed to be withdrawn. The appeal memo itself states that the Department is invoking the appellate jurisdiction of this Court under section 35(G) of the Central Excise Act. As the amount involved is below Rs.20 lakhs and the policy decision has been taken by the Department to withdraw all the appeals involving amount below Rs. 20 lakhs, the present appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
