Heard both sides.

Learned A.P.P., upon taking instructions, submits that the C.D. of the video recording would be placed on record in the trial court within a period of two weeks alongwith the copy of the said C.D. and a copy thereof would be supplied to the present writ petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an application in the trial court for recalling of the witnesses, whose cross-examination was earlier declined but who are relevant to the issue of the scene of spot of occurrence as may be found in the C.D. The learned Sessions Judge to decide the said

criwp28-2016 application, if any filed by the petitioner, on its own merit.

In view of the above statement made by the learned A.P.P., nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed, with above observations.
