ORDER:- 1.

The parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly compromise terms in this appeal were entered into and the same were marked as "X". Those compromise terms, vide order dated 23.08.2024 were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the contents. Accordingly, separate report of Registrar (Judicial) dated 23.08.2024 has been received to this Court mentioning that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise terms. However, as per the direction of this Court the appellant was directed to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- directly to the respondent Laxmibai Vishnu Gaikwad under Demand Draft

(2) 24 SA-173.2005.odt issued in her name. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the Demand Draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- is already drawn and it will be handed over to respondent Laxmibai today itself at Shrirampur.

Therefore, the compromise terms are accepted and the appeal is disposed of in terms of those compromise terms. Decree be drawn in terms of those compromise terms. 3.
