In C.R. No.179/2016, registered at Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act, the applicants came to be arrested on 21st June 2016. Charge-sheet against the applicants is already filed. Investigation in the matter is over. There are no criminal antecedents against the applicants. As

Cri.Appln.104/2017 such, further detention of the applicants, in my opinion, is not warranted.

As such, Criminal Application stands allowed. 3.

The applicants be released on bail in C.R.No.179/2016, registered at Waluj Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.

The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. 5.

Two consecutive absence of the applicants before the Court below or if the applicants are found to have indulged in similar type of crime will entail the said Court to proceed with cancellation of bail of the applicants.
