These are the applications for withdrawal of 50% amount out of remaining amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body with this Court.

It is brought to our notice that in the matters arising out of same acquisition proceedings, this Court vide order dated 06th November, 2023 has permitted to withdraw 50% of remaining amount deposited therein. 3.

Learned Add.G.P. opposes the application.

In view of above referred order, we allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of remaining amount deposited with this Court, on furnishing bank guaranty of any of the scheduled or cooperartive bank in the nature of continuing bank guaranty.
