In C.R. No.I-118/2016, registered at Loni Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 363, 365, in my opinion, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail for the following reasons:

(i) The investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet is filed;

(II) There are no criminal antecedents against the applicants and the applicants being local residents are very much available for further prosecution and if required for test identification parade. 2.

As such, the applicants be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.

Two consecutive absence of the applicants before the Court below during the trial will entail the trial Court to take out proceedings for cancellation of bail, if so desired.

The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
