The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are issued with the tribe certificates, but in improper format. The petitioners have filed application for issuance of the tribe

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioners may surrender the original tribe certificates received by them to respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 shall after verifying the original tribe certificates surrendered by the petitioners and its genuineness shall issue the tribe certificates in Form-C expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of surrender of the original tribe certificates. 4.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
