The caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee since 2015. It is submitted that the vigilance is not yet conducted. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the result of the final year of Engineering the petitioner is withheld. 4.

The respondent shall not withhold the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the respondents shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner

971-WP-675-21 unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall also not claim the benefit of reservation. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.02.2021. The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
