Heard Mr. C. K. Shinde, the learned advocate for applicants and Mr. Dighe, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 7 to 9.

Under present application the applicants amongst other prayers are also assailing approval granted to the appointments of respondent Nos. 7 to 9. The original writ petition was seeking directions against Education Officer to grant approval to the appointments of petitioners. However, during the pendency of

2 ca 646.19 writ petition, the Education Officer granted approval to appointments of respondent Nos. 7 to 9. Same is also assailed in the present writ petition.

In the light of the above, application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.
