It is informed that, apart from non justifiable reasons as mentioned in the order impugned dated 29th December, 2015, the order of transfer of S.C.C. No. 747 of 2012, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 6, Aurangabad to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 7, Aurangabad, the presiding officer is under transfer.

In view there-of, the order impugned dated 29th December, 2015, below Exh. 1 in Criminal M. A. No. 233 of 2015, passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Aurangabad, is hereby set aside.
