1] Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 - Wakf Board. Perused the affidavit dated 19.1.2015 filed by respondent No.2 Wakf Board. It is stated therein that the impugned tender process is recalled by respondent No. 2 - Wakf Board as the highest bid in the composite tender process was only Rs. 9786.
