This matter was heard for some time. We expressed our disinclination since the Petitioner has a statutory and efficacious remedy of approaching the authorities under the M.L.R. Code or before the Civil Court. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he desires to withdraw this petition and avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. Any remedy permissible in law, subject to the law of limitation, would be available to the Petitioner. All contentions of the litigating parties are kept open.
