This petition is preferred against rejection of the application filed by the petitioners for stay to the execution of the judgment and decree passed in the suit, during pendency of the appeal before the appellate Court. 2.

This Court on 15.01.2016, had issued notices to the respondents and directed the parties to maintain status-quo as of the said date, in respect of the cart-way in dispute. The

2 28-WP-469-16.odt said order has been continued from time to time. It is submitted that the appeal is pending before the appellate Court for final disposal.

In the light of the above, present Writ Petition is disposed of. The Court concerned shall decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably, within a period of six months from today. The interim order passed on 15.01.2016 shall continue till the disposal of the appeal.

No costs.
