These are applications for condonation of delay in filing appeals under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act challenging judgment and award of the learned Reference Court in awarding enhancement in compensation.

Heard learned AGP for applicant/State. According to him,

ca3378.15 delay in filing appeal is sufficiently explained by the State. Mr. Ingale, learned Counsel for non-applicants submits that as connected appeals are already admitted, he has no objection in condoning delay. He further submits that he is waiving notice on behalf of all non-applicants in all these matters.

Hence, delay in filing appeals is condoned. Civil Applications are allowed. First Appeals be registered.
