The learned AGP drew attention of this Court to the order made at Principal Seat in Public Interest Litigation No.204 of 2010 dated 3rd August, 2011. In this order, directions are given to the State to see that the list of encroacher is published and then opportunity is given them to make representation and take decision on the representation. In view of such directions given already, this Court holds that nothing survives in the present petition and no separate direction is necessary. The petition is disposed of.
