This Court has disposed of similar matter by passing the order on 10th January, 2019 (Writ Petition No.1081 of 2014), which was between Hanumant Tulashiram Dumane and the State of Maharashtra and others. As similar relief is claimed, this Court is disposing of this matter in the following terms:

"The learned AGP drew attention of this Court to the order made at Principal Seat in Public Interest Litigation No.204 of 2010 dated 3rd August, 2011. In this order, directions are given to the State to see that the list of encroacher is published and then opportunity is given them to make representation and take decision on the representation. In view of such directions given already, this Court holds that

The petition is disposed of.
