The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has possessed the validity certificate of Koli Special Backward Class (SBC) and the petitioner is seeking entry into service from SBC and seeks direction against respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of the principal seat. 3.

In light of that, the petitioner may take up appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
