Upon necessary instructions being obtained, let the Counsel for the petitioner be informed about the same so that the legal heirs can be brought on record within a period of two weeks. 2.

List the writ petition on 31 st January, 2022 .

The applicants seek deletion of name of petitioner no. 1 as her legal heirs are already on record and since it is informed that she is dead, the Civil Application is taken out.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

There has been 24 months delay in filing the present application as due to the emergence of Covid-19 pandemic, the necessary application could not be brought up within the period stipulated.

In the wake of the above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

B; necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Civil Application No. 465 of 2022, is accordingly disposed of.
