This is yet another writ petition invoking our writ jurisdiction for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus on a representation filed on 23.12.2022 and the petition being filed on the 8th day, on 01.01.2023. We are, therefore, not entertaining this petition. 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 Zilla Parishad submits that after the present online general transfer has been completed, the petitioner's representation would be taken up to be decided on it'

s own merits.
