The learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties placed on record a pursis dated 29/06/2021 that was filed before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalgaon, in Regular Civil Suit No.346/2015 between the same parties, who are before this Court in present appeal. It is pointed out that, suit property bearing Gat No.897 was a subject matter of present appeal as well as Regular Civil Suit No.346/2015. 2.
Mr. Yawalkar, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.2 submits that, from the contents of pursis, it can be gathered that, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and the dispute has been finally resolved.
