By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default in view of the noncompliance of the conditional order passed by this Court on 20.10.2021 by not removing the office objections within the time prescribed.

The applicant has set out the reasons for not removing office objections within the time prescribed by this Court in the said order dated 20.10.2021. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within a

930-CA.426-22.odt period of two (2) weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. The order dated 20.10.2021 is accordingly recalled on the condition that applicant to remove all office objections within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order passed by this Court on 20.10.2021 to stand restored and the order passed by this Court today stands vacated.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
