This Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 31.03.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.5506 of 2021, by which the following directions were issued.

The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (At page No.30 of the petition) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs."

Learned Addl. G.P. appearing for the answering Respondent invites our attention to the Affidavit of Respondent No.2 wherein it is specifically stated that he has considered and decided the Petitioner' s proposal. She also invites our attention to the page no.27 which is the

order dated 20.08.2021 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded in respect of the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has now received the copy of the order and the Petitioner will challenge the same before the appropriate forum, if he is aggrieved by the same. 4.
