P.C. :- By this application, the applicant - petitioner is challenging the circular dated 24 December, 2021, issued by the respondent - University, thereby, directing completion of the formalities of admission of students of the petitioner college who have been transferred to Everest College of Engineering and Technology, Jatwada, Aurangabad and International Center of excellence in Engineering and Management College, Waluj, Dist. Aurangabad. 2.

By an order dated 22 July, 2022 in Civil Application No. 553/2022, we have already noted that the students have already been

{2} CA 494.22.odt transferred and their practical examinations were conducted from 23 June, 2022 to 5 July, 2022. The theory examinations have started from 12 July, 2022 and will conclude by 25 July, 2022. 3.

In such circumstances, the challenge to the circular cannot be accepted. it is not possible to accede to the prayer made in this application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
