The challenge herein is to the order granting interim maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the wife. The petitioner has not placed on record salary certificate though he is claiming to have salary of Rs.5,000/- per month. Since the amount of interim maintenance is Rs.4,000/- per month, this Court is not inclined even to issue notice. 3.
