At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that due to non-mentioning of CA/356/2023 in SA/269/2023 & CA/357/2023 IN SA/228/2017 in order dated 29th March, 2023, office is not accepting the deposit of demand draft towards 50% amount as directed by order dated 01st February, 2023.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 does not dispute about the said fact. It is further stated

P.2.odt that in view of the compliance of the condition as imposed by this Court on 01st February, 2023, interim order may be made absolute.

In view of the above, office is directed to accept demand drafts in all civil applications. Civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' therein.
