Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5 submits that alternate remedy of fling the revision before the Registrar (General), Ex-offcio Commissioner Co-operation, Pune, State of Maharashtra is available to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, even though, said revisional authority is there in terms of the provisions of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, however, at present said post is vacant, and, since 5.10.2020 Additional Registrar is looking after the board, however, he is not taking up aaa/-

WP 1000.2021.odt the matters for actual hearing.

If the in-charge authority is available, it would be just and appropriate for the petitioners to fle the revision before the said authority.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. If the petitioners approaches the said authority, may be in-charge person, said authority is bound to accept the revision, if submitted by the petitioners and proceed with the revision in accordance with the law.
