This petition is challenging order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, rejecting application below Exh.164 filed by the petitioner in Sessions Case No. 9 of 2011. By way of the application, the petitioner had prayed to the learned Sessions Judge that certain documents such as medical certificate etc. collected by the prosecution, those were not forming part of the chargesheet. The petitioner, therefore, filed application producing documents before the Court. Now, it is informed that during the pendency of this petition, now the Investigating Officer has filed supplementary charge-sheet, in which these very documents are forming part of the charge-sheet now. In view of the same, the petition has become infructuous. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this criminal writ petition.
