This Court on 16.6.2023 has passed the following order :- "1] On 09.12.2022, the learned counsel for the appellants remained absent. Thereafter, the matter was again listed on 16th March 2023, non appeared for the appellants and the matter was fixed for dismissal on 30th March, 2023. On 30th March, 2023, the matter did not reach.

2] Today again the matter is listed, however, the learned counsel holding on behalf of the appellants seeks time.

3] List this matter on 10th July, 2023.

4] It is made clear that in the event the learned counsel for the appellants does not appear on the next date or the matter is not proceeded further, the matter would be liable to be dismissed for non prosecution."

Today also none present for the parties. The matter is kept back. On the second occasion also, none appears for the parties. In view of the same, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Civil Application, if any, is also disposed of.
