1] Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to avail of the alternative remedy available u/s 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

3] Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the appeals, if any, would be filed within a period of four weeks from today.
4] Interim relief granted in these petitions shall continue to the benefit of the petitioners if they file the appeals within a period of four weeks from today and for a period of three weeks thereafter enabling the petitioners to move the appellate authority for continuance of interim relief.
5] The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn subject to the above directions.
