This application is filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in Crime No.285/2020, registered with Satara Police Station, Aurangabad, for offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-B, 452 323 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing, it is revealed that chargesheet is filed in the present crime on 26/11/2021 and the case is numbered as R.C.C. No.588/2021. The matter is kept on SVH
