The learned Senior Counsel Mr.Deshande appears for respondent No.2 /State Bank and submits that an amount of Rs.2,76,000/- is sanctioned by way of education loan. Thus there is compliance of the order. Counsel for petitioner does not dispute the sanction of this much amount.
