Applicant/original respondent No.2 is seeking its deletion as respondent No.2 from the original Writ Petition. 2.

In my opinion, when during the period, for which the energy bill was assessed against the original petitioner, the said respondent has acted as Distribution Franchise for the respondent No.2/original respondent No.1 Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company. In view thereof, the prayer for deletion of the applicant in Writ Petition No. 6703 of 2012, stands rejected. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) pjm
