Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4, on instructions, records undertaking that in the event there is measurement of 40R land from Survey No. 84/B/2 and 1H 21R from Survey No. 85/A situated at Ausa in view of order passed passed by this Court on 03.01.2023 in Writ Petition No. 9802/2022, these Respondents are ready to pay their share of the cost Umesh

Production.odt for the said measurement. The amount shall be paid within a period of a week from issuance of requisition by Respondent No. 5.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3, on instructions from the Respondent No. 3 who is present in the Court, agrees to pay his share within a period of a week from issuance of requisition by Respondent No. 5.

Respondent No. 5 is hereby directed to issue fresh requisition to Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 for measurement of lands as per order passed by this Court dated 03.01.2023 in Writ Petition No. 9802/2022.

Learned AGP is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No. 5 for its implementation. 6.

In view of above, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. Hence, contempt petition stands disposed of. Pending civil application stands disposed of.
