By this civil application, approval of this Court has been solicited in accordance with the extant mechanism for implementation of a Resolution No.560, dated 10/10/2024, passed by the Ad hoc committee of applicant/Sansthan for grant of extension to the Contractor providing for security personnel till 30/06/2025. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent.

In view of the fact that the Public Interest Litigation has been pending in respect of deployment of this security work to the C.I.S.F., with a rider that we shall not be taken as granting legitimacy to the Resolution being passed by the Ad hoc Committee, this civil application is allowed and the Ad hoc committee is permitted to implement Resolution No.560, as is prayed for.
