This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 21/11/2022, passed in Writ Petition No.11360/2022, by which respondent No.1 was directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner, dated 5/5/2022 in accordance with law and policy applicable on or before 31/1/2023 in the light of Section 109(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. petitioner submits that, the concerned authority has not complied with the said order and hence, the Contempt Petition. 2.

It is submitted by learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's proposal was considered and the same has been rejected by order dated 2/2/2024. He submits that, the answering respondent has tendered unconditional apology for considering the proposal and taking decision belatedly.
