This civil application has been preferred seeking permission for implementing Resolution No.628 for floating tender for appointment of a Contractor for production of Boondi through machine together with preparation of packets, etc. for the year 2025-26 for an estimated cost of Rs.93,00,000/-.

We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent.
