This civil application has been preferred seeking permission for implementing Circulatory Resolution dated 23/12/2024 for purchase of pure cow ghee and grocery items as per the list at page Nos.18 to 21, at an estimated cost of Rs.113,45,91,881/-. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for respondent.

With a rider that we shall not be taken as granting legitimacy to the Resolution being passed by the Ad hoc Committee, this civil application is allowed and the permission is granted to the committee to implement Circulatory Resolution dated 23/12/2024, as is prayed for.
