Learned counsel representing the parties submit that the parties to appeal have settled the dispute by filing settlement pursis vide exhibit 12 in R.C.A. No.43/2014, which was pending before the District Judge-1, Kandhar, Dist. Nanded. By order dated 25.09.2017 passed by the District Judge-1, Kandhar, the said appeal has been disposed of in terms of compromise pursis filed before the said Court. It is submitted that in view of settlement arrived between the parties in R.C.A. No.43/2014, no cause survives to prosecute the present appeal. Parties are present along with their respective advocates. They admit that the matter is settled amongst them and no cause survives to prosecute the appeal.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, no cause survives to prosecute the appeal. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement already arrived between the parties.
