The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued with the tribe certificate by the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor. The petitioner is selected for the Health Science course. The tribe certificate is required in the prescribed format of the Central Government.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the Sub divisional Officer, Degloor. The Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor shall within a period of five (05) days from submission of the original tribe certificate issue the tribe

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
